Current Wholesale Pricing

All prices below are wholesale prices charged to authorized retailers. The Adjustable Ring System is available in 14k yellow gold, 14k white gold, and 14k rose gold, or in platinum. Prices are subject to occasional adjustment based on material costs or other business factors; any changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.

  • 14k Yellow Gold

  • 14k White Gold

  • 14k Rose Gold

$500.00

  • Platinum

$550.00

Pricing for The Adjustable Ring System is based solely on the metal type (14k gold or platinum) and does not vary according to finger size or shank width. Whether the ring is a narrow band or a wide one, and regardless of the size range required, the price remains the same for the given metal.

Order & Installation Process

Most installations are completed within 7-10 days of the ring arriving at our facility. To ensure a smooth process and accurate results, please include the information listed below with every submission. Our team determines the appropriate ARS variation (ARSI, ARSII, or ARSIII) based on the ring design and the guest’s size needs.

  • Finger Size - (closed size)

  • Knuckle Size - (open size)

  • Metal Type

Expedited service is available on a limited basis when our schedule allows. If a guest has a time-sensitive need, please contact us before shipping the ring so we can confirm whether an accelerated turnaround is possible. Standard processing remains 7-10 days after the ring arrives at our facility.

Warranty & Repair Procedure

The Adjustable Ring System is covered by a true lifetime guarantee on both the mechanism and the installation. If the system ever breaks or is damaged—regardless of the cause—we will repair or replace it, including the labor, at no charge to the store or the guest. The process begins when the guest returns to your store with the ring and their warranty card. The store is responsible only for the cost of shipping the ring to us (and any applicable insurance) so the work can be completed.

If a guest has lost their warranty card, the store may still initiate a claim by contacting us with the guest’s proof of purchase (such as the original sales receipt or order record) and any other identifying details about the installation. We will look up the record and proceed with the repair or replacement under the lifetime guarantee whenever possible.

How you can help us develop the ARS

You can help us continue developing and improving The Adjustable Ring System by including the original date the system was sold to the guest whenever you submit a repair or replacement. This information allows us to track how long the product typically performs before needing service and guides future refinements. If the exact original sale date is unavailable, an approximate timeframe or earlier reference number is still valuable.

Any additional details you can share are also helpful for product development. This includes the reason for the repair or replacement, specific issues the guest reported (such as difficulty operating the mechanism, unexpected wear, or fit concerns), and any observations your team noted when the ring was returned. Even brief notes give us clearer insight into real-world performance and help us refine future versions of the system.

Sales Resources for Your Team

The following points are intended to help store staff answer common guest questions and explain the differences between The Adjustable Ring System and other adjustable options. These are practical references rather than scripted sales pitches.

  • The ARS is installed into the existing shank with the least impact on the original ring.

    • Only a small groove is made on the inside of the shank to fit the lock.

    • Apart from that, two cuts are made on each side of the shank to allow the ring to open properly.

  • It offers a true LIFETIME GUARANTEE that includes labor.

  • Each installation is customized to the individual ring.

    • For asymmetrical designs, unique stone placements, engravings, or other variations, our team determines the appropriate ARS type and positioning.

    • In most cases the lock is seated flush inside a groove carved into the inside of the existing shank.

    • When a shank is too thin to allow a groove, the lock is soldered directly to the inside of the band. Guests can immediately take advantage of the lifetime guarantee in these cases should the fit turn out to be not quite right, and send the ring back to us for any size adjustments.

  • It is the only system that works on eternity bands.

  • The mechanism is designed to be virtually undetectable with minimal bulk.

  • Other options generally replace the lower shank and may have shorter or more limited warranty coverage.

    • This helps us build trust, while also ensuring a lifetime guest for your store!
